Matthew Abrahams - President and Director
Matthew Abrahams is an international businessman, adept across all aspects of business operations, though with a particular passion for international business negotiations. A graduate of the University of Sydney (BA), Matthew has lived and worked in Australia, Japan and Europe. He currently lives in Japan.

Ltd. - www.abrahams.com.au - Member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation - www.eonetwork.org - Member of the Australia Japan Business Cooperation Committee Before founding International Trade & Management Limited, Matthew was: - Managing Director of Abrahams for five years (until 2005). During this time he was also the Australian Investment Advisor to the Japan External Trade Organisation - www.jetro.go.jp - a Japanese Government authority (for two years, until 2005), a Director of publicly-listed coal exploration company Rocklands Richfield Limited - www.rocklandsrichfield.com.au - (2005. ASX: RCI) and a Director of the Council of The Australian Institute of International Affairs (NSW) - www.aiiansw.org.au (pro bono, 2004/05). - an executive at Macquarie Bank ・www.macquarie.com - Senior Advisor to the Deputy Lord Mayor of Sydney (The Honourable Henry Tsang OAM, currently Member of the Legislative Assembly in the New South Wales Parliament) in the lead up to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games - www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au - lived in Japan for three years, during which time he was employed by the Japanese Government, seconded to Kyoto Prefectural Government - www.pref.kyoto.jp - worked in London for Grey Global Group - www.grey.com. Laurence Baum is a solicitor with significant international experience. A British and Canadian citizen he is currently based in both Hong Kong and Australia. A graduate of Chester College of Law, U.K and the University of Staffordshire, U.K. he was admitted to the Rolls of Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in 1981. From 1981 to early 2006 he was based full-time in Hong Kong where he: - became an equity partner of Munro & Company Solicitors in 1983 - was a partner of Johnson Stokes & Master Solicitors from 1985-1991 -worked for The Hong Kong Parkview Group Ltd. (HKPV), Hong Kong from 1991 ・2006, his final role being Executive Vice President of this large enterprise. Today, apart from his Directorship of International Trade & Management Limited he is involved in several significant international businesses at an executive and non-executive board level.
