- Sourcing, negotiating, and securing a strategic partnership between five-time Olympic gold medal winner Ian Thorpe's food 
  and beverage business and Yakult Honsha
, one of Japan's leading beverage companies. Successful launch of a new sports

- Assisting a Western company to register its business in Japan (kabushiki kaisha), establish its regional headquarters, build
  a skilled team, as well as managing marketing and communications activities in the market. 

- Advising a Japanese company on its international expansion strategy (first stage UK, then USA).

- Advice and investment into Health Corporation Limited (
www.hip.com.au), a dynamic, listed small cap Australian company
  focused on the health sector, principally retail pharmacies.

- Fund raising facilitation activities on behalf of specific corporate entities (primarily listed companies) raising debt and equity 
  funds in the Japan market.
